Be responsible for defining, applying, monitoring and improve the quality system of the team.
Ensure systems, people and processes are functioning as expected.
Systems
Ensure harmony between the procedures and BMTPlus. Ensure systems continues to provide timely and accurate information seamlessly.
Monitor relationships and dependencies with external parties are defined as needed and working as expected. This includes labs, blood centres, drug suppliers, facilities etc.
Ensure adequare availability of resources and facilities to enable seamless delivery of work
Ensure systems provide the users measurable, accessible and clear performance assessment
People
Ensure compliance and adherence to policies and procedures laid out for the program
Ensure adequate number of trained professionals are available for the program
Ensure patient and donor selection happens as per the defined procedures
Ensures that the duty roster is updated and circulated
