Role Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic and commercially sharp Chief Wealth & Monetization Officer to lead the revenue, partnerships, and wealth-growth ecosystem for STR / Atman-related ventures and assets.
This is the most critical leadership hire within the commercial ecosystem. The role is responsible for transforming strategic assets, founder influence, brand equity, and ecosystem opportunities into structured revenue streams, equity partnerships, sponsorships, joint ventures, commercial pilots, and protected long-term founder wealth.
The ideal candidate must combine strong deal-making ability with financial intelligence, strategic relationship management, commercial execution, and founder/IP protection awareness.
This role requires someone who can independently identify, structure, negotiate, and close high-value opportunities without overexposing the internal ecosystem or requiring constant founder involvement.
Mission
To build and manage the complete monetization engine across STR / Atman ecosystem assets by creating scalable, protected, and strategically aligned commercial opportunities.

A CFO replacement
An accounting or finance operations role
A personal banking role
A generic business development position
A networking-only relationship manager without execution capability
Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Revenue Strategy
Build and execute the STR monetization roadmap
Develop high-value sponsorship and partnership strategies
Identify revenue opportunities across media, lifestyle, wellness, grooming, hospitality, luxury, technology, and founder-led ecosystems
Structure premium commercial collaborations without diluting brand value
Strategic Partnerships & Deal Structuring
Lead brand equity partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
Structure cash + equity commercial models
Evaluate and filter private-market opportunities
Create founder-room commercial frameworks and sponsor pathways
Negotiate and close strategic revenue opportunities
Wealth & Founder Asset Protection
Coordinate closely with finance, legal, and strategic teams to protect founder interests
Ensure IP protection, confidentiality, and founder control across all partnerships
Prevent low-grade sponsorships, misaligned endorsements, or reputational risks
Establish approval structures and commercial governance mechanisms
Revenue Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Maintain weekly monetization pipeline dashboards
Build relationships with investors, operators, family offices, brands, and strategic partners
Convert strategic relationships into measurable commercial outcomes
Create scalable systems for long-term commercial growth

10+ years in strategic commercial leadership, investments, partnerships, or monetization roles

Experience handling founder-led or celebrity-led commercial ecosystems preferred
Strong network across brands, investors, operators, sponsors, and strategic partners
Experience structuring equity-linked commercial arrangements
Ability to operate independently with high ownership and discretion

Compensation Structure
Fixed salary / retainer
