By accessing, browsing, or using the Primewise Founders Club (“PFC”, “we”, “our”, “us”) website or by registering as a member, you (“user”, “member”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or enroll in any membership tier.
2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to startup founders, entrepreneurs, and business professionals aged 18 years or older.

PFC offers four membership tiers: Explorer (Free), Connector, Builder, and Trailblazer.

Membership validity is as per the plan chosen (annual).

Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
3. Payments & Billing

Membership fees for paid tiers are clearly listed on the website.

Payments are processed via authorized third-party payment gateways.

All fees are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate transactions or errors.

Membership renews automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

PFC reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice.
4. Use of Services

Members may attend curated networking events, mentorship sessions, and other activities as per their membership tier.

Access to the Founder Vault, resource library, and premium groups is restricted to eligible paying members.

Members may not share or resell their access credentials, event links, or resource materials. In case they share the resources with anyone else, they are liable to pay Founders club a fine of INR 50,000

The referral system is based on goodwill and participation; PFC does not guarantee business outcomes.
5. Code of Conduct
All members must adhere to the following:

Maintain professional and respectful communication.

Avoid spamming, solicitation, or misuse of member data.

Respect confidentiality of business details shared within the community.

Any form of harassment, abuse, or misconduct will lead to immediate removal.
6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including the Founder Vault, templates, SOPs, playbooks, brand assets, and event materials, is the intellectual property of PFC.

Members may use these resources for personal or business purposes but may not copy, distribute, or sell them without written consent.

Unauthorized use of the PFC brand, logo, or materials is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy Policy Reference

PFC collects and stores member information to provide services, event updates, and communication.
