V. Seshadri and Company, a reputed boutique law firm, specialising in transactional property law, invites applications from experienced legal professionals for a senior position in its property law practice at Chennai.

This role is only for candidates with substantial, hands-on experience in real estate transactions who are seeking a serious, long-term professional engagement.

Mandatory Eligibility (Strict Screening Criteria)

Only candidates meeting the following criteria will be considered:

Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience with a demonstrated clear focus on property/real estate law
Proficiency in reading Tamil – essential and non-negotiable
Strong legal drafting, analytical ability, and attention to detail
Professional maturity and ability to independently handle matters
Core Responsibilities

Conducting comprehensive title due diligence and investigations
Reviewing revenue, land, and government records
Drafting and vetting conveyancing and transaction documents
Issuing legal opinions and advisory on complex property matters
Managing end-to-end real estate transactions with precision
